Harry Shurek has spent more than 15 years building and operating businesses: web development since 2009, hands-on crypto infrastructure as an early technical operator, multi-platform ecommerce and resale operations, a family of specialized accounting brands, and technology ventures across web and mobile.
When modern AI became capable of production-grade work, those operating businesses became the proving ground. The client-intake automation we install for accounting firms runs our own accounting brands first. The phone agents we deploy for contractors grew out of intake systems built for real inquiry volume. The controls we insist on — approvals, exception queues, logs — exist because we've felt what happens without them.
That's the difference between an implementation firm run by an operator and one run by a sales team: we recommend what we would deploy in our own companies, because in most cases we already have.
Shurek AI is founder-led: Harry leads strategy and architecture on every engagement, with specialist contractors brought in per project where the work benefits. Continuity is protected by practice, not personality — systems are documented in plain English, clients own their accounts and infrastructure, and every build is designed to be operable without us. 2009 — Web development
Building and shipping websites before site builders existed: HTML, DNS, hosting, deployment — the foundation everything since stands on.
